Returns Policy
The purchaser must contact us directly to organise the return of the blinds. Any unauthorised return will not be accepted.
Our staff will check the blinds and evaluate the damage of the blinds and check against the warranty. If the damaged blinds are not cover by warranty and purchaser is liable to all repair & transport costs.
We reserve any rights to further explain the meanings and it is subject to our final discretion.
We do not refund any order due to change of mind as all orders are made-to-order.
